The regulation will enter into force on 19.03.2018

In the Official Journal of the European Union no. L 56 of 28.02.2018 was published Commission DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2018/295 of 15 December 2017 amending delegated Regulation (EU) no. 44/2014 as regards vehicle construction and general requirements and Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 134/2014 on the requirements for environmental performance and of the propulsion system for the approval of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles.

The Regulation is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
